About

Growing up, my dad agonized over whether his small business marketing spend was worth it—unsure if it really drove business, but too nervous to stop. That spend fed us. His constant questioning planted a seed, giving me an early awareness of the challenge and stakes of proving marketing value.

Today, I bring a unique mix: hands on e-com know-how, engineering and development skills, a deep, under the hood understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and an ability to bend advertising and technology systems to the will of the merchants I work with. I’ve driven results for the fastest growing brands in the world, helping generate hundreds of millions of dollars in incremental revenue.

Experience

Customersai • Boston, Ma, USA • 2025

Head of Solutions

I lead Solutions Engineering at CustomersAI, where I connect product innovation, partner integrations, CS and sales. My focus is helping brands unlock first and third party data — recovering missed customer activity, improving ESP performance, and driving measurable revenue gains.

I work closely with integration partners, guide new implementations, build product, and lead head-to-head trials that prove our accuracy and ROI. I help shape product development, guide identity resolution and deliverability improvements, and create content — from podcasts to case studies — that show how CustomersAI makes ESPs smarter, leaner, and more profitable.

AI-Powered Systems

Beyond my core role, I've been building an internal layer of AI tooling that quietly multiplies the effectiveness of every team at CustomersAI. These aren't big engineering projects — they're scrappy, high-leverage systems built to solve real problems fast.

Sales Intelligence

  • A Salesforce-integrated AI re-engagement system that monitors closed-lost opportunities at 90, 180, and 270-day intervals. When a deal surfaces, it does the legwork automatically — scanning the prospect's site for tech stack changes, finding new contacts, and flagging if the original contact has churned or moved on. It then generates personalized outreach for every relevant persona and loads it directly into a Gong campaign, ready to send. The AE just hits go.

  • Competitor install/uninstall monitoring across the top 100K Shopify stores. When a competitor install or uninstall is detected, contacts enter targeted sequences specific to that competitor's install or uninstall event. Generates 10–20 warm leads per month on autopilot.

Performance & Enablement

  • Call transcript analysis that grades every AE and CSM against what "great" looks like — and auto-generates remedial quizzes when gaps appear. Ranks AE close rates, and call grades over time. Surfaces lead sources. Keeps the whole team sharp without manager overhead.

  • A living knowledge base built from every call transcript. Surfaces the most frequently asked customer questions, gives new hires an immediate picture of what actually matters, and makes onboarding to a complex technical product dramatically faster.

Product & GTM

  • Competitive signal dashboards that pull directly from customer accounts (Klaviyo, GA, Shopify, etc…), showing data views that aren't possible in tools like Klaviyo alone — shareable, real-time, and built to win deals and meetings and prevent churn.

  • Automated audit tools that diagnose what's broken and what's working in a prospect's stack — turning a cold conversation into a consultative one instantly.

  • Built Inboxer — our email deliverability product — in 48 hours. Competing tools sell for $25K/year. Instead of being our core product we use it as lead gen. We sell it for $99 (which nobody else can do) and upsell these buyers into much more expensive tools.

All of this is informed by being close to the product, understanding what actually moves the needle, and refusing to over-engineer. Fast, cheap, and effective.

BRIJ • New York, NY, USA • 2025

Offline Signals Consulting

I worked with the Brij engineering team, on a short term basis, to pioneer a first of its kind; server side conversion tracking for non D2C purchases. This solution allows merchants to generate signal for orders on unreachable channels like Amazon, Target, etc… Without access to third party sell through data 📡

Elevar • Charleston, SC, USA • 2021—2025

Lead Solutions Engineer

As a bridge-builder at Elevar, I collaborated closely with tech giants to engineer bleeding-edge marketing solutions. My work didn't just push boundaries; it often set new benchmarks, influencing approaches adopted industry-wide. From writing prototypes to presenting at conferences, I played a key role in shaping both Elevar's technology and narrative, fuelling the rapid growth that culminated in acquisition in April 2024.

  • Delivered sales engineering, solutions design, and data architecture for leading high-growth online retailers, including many notable brands like Skims, Vuori, Netflix and many more.

  • Engineered and managed API integrations connecting Elevar with key advertising/marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Klaviyo) and numerous other data destinations.

  • Key contributor to R&D, driving innovations that enabled merchants using Elevar to increase revenue by at least 25%! Nope. Not just a made up number, ask and i'll show you! 😉

  • Cultivated and managed strategic technology partnerships with the biggest players in tech.

  • Performed comprehensive data analytics: tested vendor services, built data pipelines, conducted internal analyses, prototyped new features, and developed ROI metrics to quantify and prove product value.

  • Acted as a key educator, developing and delivering training materials (podcasts, seminars, documentation) for internal staff, agency partners, sales teams, and clients.

  • Technical Proficiency: Fluency across a modern toolchain including TypeScript, Google Cloud (BigQuery, Pub/Sub), AI/LLM (Gemini), testing frameworks (Vitest), data analysis platforms (Hex), and tracking tools (GTM/GTM SS/GA4/Looker etc…)

Miga • Edmonton, AB, Canada • 2016—2021

Founder

After graduation, I immersed myself in e-commerce, bootstrapping two Shopify stores that generated 7 figures in revenue. One venture grew into Canada's largest online Minoxidil retailer, and was acquired by a pharmaceutical company in early 2021. The second, operating in the sporting goods sector, was acquired by a regional retailer in late 2021. Scaling these businesses gave me insights into the power of e-commerce, the crucial role of marketing and ad tech, and the complex digital and logistical challenges merchants face. These lessons continue to shape my understanding of the e-commerce landscape and motivate the problems I'm interested in solving.

  • Handling everything from Shopify development and inventory procurement to performance marketing, product creation, and warehousing meant 'wearing every hat' which cultivated a unique empathy for and understanding of the online merchant experience.

Education

Bachelor Of Computing Science • University Of Alberta • 2012—2016

Software Engineering

Pursuing a Computing Science degree at the University of Alberta advanced my programming and software development capabilities, empowering me to build the solutions I had previously only envisioned. Critically, the program's blend of theory and practical application revealed the potential of machines to solve business problems. These insights sparked a passion for employing technology to solve real-world challenges, a fascination that continues to drive my thinking.
